Aloha Friday! In honor of the past few weeks of my life, here's today's question:
How do you deal with Stress? What do you do to relax?
For me, a warm bath usually helps. Also, if I can squeeze it in, a nap! Last night, I took a warm bath, poured myself a glass of vino and watched "The Office". Heavenly!

I like to knit or read when I am stressed. Knitting seems to calm me and I just get lost in the moment.
Unfortunately I'm an emotional eater so I eat to deal with stress! I know I need to stop...
I am not good at dealing with stress. I would say I don't deal well with it. Blogging probably provides my best relief because I get to vent.
I stay up late & watch old movies or blog!
I enter sweepstakes. There is something about the monotony of filling in those forms and hitting submit that is soothing-don't win much but heck-you never know!
I turn on worship music and just listen.
I watch tv. It gets my mind off what's bothering me and by the time I turn the tv off, I'm ok.
Blogging helps me relax.. crochet, a movie..reading. I relax when everyone is down for the night lol
I try and relax through a bubble bath after a bad day at work or go exercise. Sometimes doing a little bit of Cardio will change your entire mood.
